The Parantha shop remains open from 9 am to 11 pm and serves North Indian Paranthas, only vegetarian. The paranthas are really cheap and just costs Rs 150 for two people. The Pt. Gaya Prasad Shiv Charan Paranthe Wale has been catering awesome Parathas for decades and their service is excellent & quick and the Paranthas are superbly awesome.

Although this shop is small, but their taste remains high. They are credited to serve scrumptious Meva Paratha, Papad Paratha, Rabri Paratha, Daal Aloo Special Paratha. The Meva Paratha and Papad Paratha are some of the most unique ones you may had until now. The Papad stuffed Paratha is crispy as it sound and so is the Meva Paratha, tastes sweet and has a rich flavor. Other few wonderful offerings are Rabri Paratha and Dal Aloo Special Paratha. The Rabri Paratha is a bit with a fluid finish, but tastes equally delicious. The special Dal Aloo Paratha is a wonderful classic. It is much popular in Madhya Pradesh, UP and Bihar. It has a balanced flavors of Dal and Aloo. It tastes somewhat similar to Matar Paratha. Great in taste.

Start from the ever-ppopular Paneer Paratha at Pt. Kanhaiyalal & Durga Prasad. The Methi Paratha is another fabulous dish they serve. The freshness fo Methi is quite evident and the taste is so flavourful. It is served with Aloo Subzi and a spicy Banana Chutney. The Gaajar Paratha and Banana Paratha, both are sweet in taste. The later one being much sweeter and fluffy. The Bananas are so well mashed and cooked enough to impart a fabulous taste. when had with the spicy Aloo Sabzi, it tastes even more delicious. It is sort of Dessert. Order it in the end. Get adventurous and try the Bhindi Paratha. Quite unique in taste.
