- 21 A, Janpath, New Delhi
This is a place to visit for an exquisite fine dining experience. The restaurant serves some of the most amazing Indian dishes that you may have ever imagined. The ambiance and decor, both of them is so lavish and very elegant. The big chandelier in the center is the prime attraction. The food menu is well-crafted and lists some well-known dishes that showcases the gastronomic heritage of India. The Curry Leaf Prawn, Naga Pork, Deconstructed Samosa, Charcoal Bhajia, Tawa Keema with Bitter-gourd, Mizo Stew Black Rice, Galouti Kebab and Mushroom Chai are some of the dishes I would recommend. Every single dish is so well made and packs a ton of flavors. For Desserts, have the Jalebi Caviar or Chocolate Mousse. The Jalebi is served with Rabri and tastes heavenly. Not to forget the Chocolate Mousse, a sinful delight. Don’t miss the Mushroom Chai. With a hint of Truffle, the Mushroom Chai is amazingly made. It had a very distinct flavour and even the aroma is so refreshing.

Zabardast North Indian food!!! This is what Zabardast Indian Kitchen is all about. You know you are going to have some fabulous food when you see such detailed menu with some of the most-loved food items that we Indians cherish. I am speaking about Raita, Achar, Shorba, Salad and Namkeen. The Starters are so delicious. The Pishori Mutton Burrah, Dhaba Chicken Tikka, Tandoori Vegetable & Fruit Salad are simply mouth-watering. For mains go for the Magaz Wala Tawa Chicken, Bhuna Gosht, Paneer Malai Methi and Peeli Daal. Pair all these with either Veg Pulao or Garlic Naan or Hari Mirch Paratha. It comes with Aloo Gobhi Paratha, Chole, Samosa, Karare Aloo, Lassi, Aam Ka Achar, Dahi, Lassi and Gulab Jamun. Everything tastes so delicious. The restaurant serves supremely delicious European and Continental cuisine with a mix of eclectic Beverages. The menu lists some of the most widely-regarded delicacies. I loved the Watermelon and Feta Stack with Balsamic Dressing, Balinese Chicken on Lemon and John’s Toast, the Civil House French Toast. All the dishes are superbly cooked and are so flavorful. The preparation and the taste, both of them are impressive. For Desserts, have the Vanilla Panacotta with an Orange and Pink Pepper Gastrique. In Beverages go for the Watermelon Ginger Fresca, Civil House Special and Nutella and Hazelnut Milk Shake.
